“Sensual Movement” formerly known as “Tease Me™” is Sensual, Sexy & Shoeless! Dress sexy and wear fishnets! This class is designed to help you connect with your body and embrace your sensual side through fluid and expressive movements.

Beginners Level: Enjoy easier seductive choreography & build the technique. Gain self esteem, find your rhythm & learn how to dance in this class! No experience required, register now!

Intermediate level: designed to do everything beginners level describes PLUS higher leveled choreography, a slightly faster teaching pace, and more floorwork and tricks.

Advanced level aka “Intimate Nights”: designed to combine all the skills you learned in (Beg+Int. levels) & have a good time. ‘Intimate nights’ is the highest level of seduction. The choreo is taught at a faster pace, there are more tricks, deeper connections to the music and we are catching beats that will make anyone watching go, wowwwww! You don't need to be super flexible or scared of this class, just open minded & prepared to go to the next level with your fluidity & dance techniques.

Where my beginner twerkers at? This class is designed for you to learn how to twerk, learn chicago-juke style twerking, get a good sweat in, build your body confidence and tone that body. In this class you learn choreography meant for a first timer.

Hollyhood - Feminine Hip-hop anyone? This class is beyond exciting, beyond enjoyable and flat out LIT! It's like learning choreo to be on stage behind your favorite artist. It's a mix of hip-hop, some twerk moves thrown in & HIGH ENERGY. Learn choreo at an intermediate level. It's not beginners & it's not advanced. This class is right in the middle. So if you don't want to be sexy, but want to DANCE & don't mind a few twerk moves, this is your class!

Whiplash™ is Fierce, Fun and Fiesty! Just be ready to dance wit a long leather whip….. Dress sexy & be ready to feel dominate! This class is ONE OF A KIND, created by and only offered through “ Kookie’s Dance Den” Brand!

Sinful Stilettos- It’s all in the heels! Strut your stuff, embrace the challenge, and master sultry moves with confidence. Tempo could be fast or slow—elevate your style, and slay every step.
