So, let’s turn the tables and challenge some outdated beliefs. Sensuality isn’t reserved just for partnered moments. Let’s dive into how we can discover and nurture our own sensuality, explore how it ties in with body image, and debunk the myths that hold us back.

First off, let’s talk about body image—a conversation tangled up in societal expectations. If you’ve been carrying extra shame about your body, it’s time to shed that weight. This space is all about embracing your body with kindness and love.

The messages we receive about our bodies are a mixed bag of confusion and contradiction, often wrapped in shame. Kids pick up on every comment we make about our bodies, learning how to view their own from the adults around them.

Understanding body image starts with unlearning the negative messages we’ve absorbed over the years. It’s about feeling comfortable in our one, beautiful body.
