All rentals includes studio monitor, 30 people capacity, 25 capacity for dancing comfortably. In response to COVID-19 and city regulations, capacity limit is restricted to a max. of 20 ppl capacity until further notice! If you wish to view the studio prior to submitting a request, please contact us via email at: unwind@kookiesdanceden.com to setup an appointment outside of regular class hours for viewing. Access to 6 ft. black table if having food/drinks, full length mirrors, hardwood floors, lobby area (No Men or extra guest allowed in if they are not participating in class, event, etc.), backroom lounge, dressing area, HVAC System, bright lighting and mood lighting. Speaker system, cubbies for customer personal items, 1 person bathroom, less than 1 mile from the (I94) 99th halsted exit.

Deposit:

Deposit is 50% of your total rental rate due upfront to hold the date. Deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date once paid.

Terms & Conditions:

We do not allow personal (Kick-back style) parties nor Dj’s for any rentals.

Rentals are available for: Multiple classes, Dance & Fitness classes, Modeling, Meet and Greets, Small networking events, Vision board parties, Photo-shoots, Small video-shoots, and things of this nature. If you have another type of event you are inquiring about just fill out the form and let us know the specifics.

The lobby cannot be re-arranged for rentals. We do allow space for a 4ft or 6 ft table & there is a sofa/couch for seating in the lobby.

No hard liquor or liquor bottles are allowed inside the establishment. No guns or weapons allowed.

You may bring food & drinks (champagne, wine, water, etc.) inside for an additional $10.00.

No smoking allowed on the premises or inside. Please No Glassware of any kind.

You must also sign a rental agreement upon entering studio before usage. In addition, you must obtain and facilitate your own liability waivers for any classes held here (heath & fitness, dance classes, etc.) If you don’t have any on hand or want to use a copy of ours, you may please notify us via email: Unwind@kookiesdanceden.com to purchase a bundle. The cost is $0.15 cent per copy!

Cancellations:

In the event, you need to reschedule there will be a rescheduling fee. Dates can be rescheduled within 14 days of original requested date based on studio availability.

If you notify us within these time-frames, here are the rules:

• 48 hours or more - $15.00 rescheduling fee (Pre-paid deposit can be switched to another date + the rescheduling fee).

• 24 hours or less (You lose your deposit and have to re-book and repay, you can not credit your deposit to another date. No exceptions.)
